WHO WE ARE

Famsalt, officially known as Fam International NV, is a Belgian family-owned company founded by Fatih Pinar in 2011. What began as a modest interest in salt production and the wholesale of de-icing salt to Belgian municipalities has grown into an established business specializing in the wholesale of diverse salt products across Western Europe. With 15 years of experience, we have significantly expanded our services. In 2023, we expanded our product line to include water softener salt, reflecting our commitment to innovation and meeting our customers' evolving needs. Currently, we are actively developing new product lines, including culinary salt, agricultural salt, and industrial salt.

Today the company has strategically located warehouses in Charleroi, Essen (Germany) and Antwerp (Merksem). Thanks to this spread, Famsalt can flexibly respond to the needs of customers in Belgium and Western Europe.
